Tatiana Tolmacheva

Tatiana Tolmacheva is one of the founders and Managing Partner of iKS-Consulting.
She is responsible for research and consultancy practice in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Tatiana has been a consultant for 6 years. She has worked in a large number of projects covering broadband, pay TV, long distance markets as well as carrier’s carrier business and digital media.
Tatiana has been working in the telecom industry since 1999 when she joined Metrosvyaz, a joint venture building CDMA networks in the regions of Russia. She also worked for Pentacom, multiservice CATV operator in the Moscow region where she was responsible for investor relations.
Prior to joining Metrosvyaz Tatiana worked in office administration and project coordination, including projects sponsored by US AID.
Tatiana is a graduate of the Russian President’s Management Training Initiative Program (Marketing, 2003), Financial Academy (2000) and Nizhegorodsky Linguistic University (1989).
Ivo Saluoks
Member of the Board, Data Communications Norby Telecom, Estonia
Ivo Saluoks is responsible for Data Communications business line in Norby Telecom, an Estonian-originated Pan-Baltic telecommunications provider with substantial presence in all three Baltic States. His career, prior to telecommunications industry, included management positions in an international real estate company and several IT consultancy businesses.
Ivo Saluoks has a Bachelor degree with honours from Estonian Business School, major in Baltic business.
Ivo Saluoks joined the company in August, 2005 as a project manager and was initially responsible for the launch of Baltics' first WiMAX network. He then proceeded to establish and head WiMAX business-line, which by the end of 2006 comprised a network covering half of Estonian population and is still expanding rapidly.
His noteworthy projects within Norby include the first Digital Wireless Triple-Play product offering in Estonia (Wireless broadband, Digital-TV and IP-telephony) as well as the establishment of country-wide cable/wireless hybrid private networks service for business customers. The latter is currently one of Norby's most important strategic developments also on the Pan-Baltic scale, where Ivo continues to play an active part as member of Pan-Baltic management team.
Alexander Michael, Principal Consultant, ICT Europe and Africa, Frost&Sullivan, USA/England
Alexander Michael is a Principal Consultant Frost&Sullivan’s European ICT Practice, based in Oxford, England.
Alex’ main competencies are in the fields of corporate strategy, sales optimization and marketing strategy. He has particular experience in the areas of outsourcing business models, customer experience management, geographic market expansion, value proposition creation and benefit models.
Alex has had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most important telecom operators and equipment vendors and his project experience spans several continents, as he has worked in Brazil, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Thailand, USA and Zambia.
Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, he was the sales and marketing manager for a Rome-based software house, where he was also deeply involved in the software design process, both from a functional and a user interface perspective.
During his time with Ericsson, he spearheaded the creation of outsourcing services as a separate business area and was responsible for the development of Ericsson’s business plan and value proposition for outsourcing.
Alex holds a Master’s degree in European Management from EAP-ESCP in Paris. Alex speaks English, French, Italian, German, Danish and Swedish fluently.

Ivan Skender

Ivan Skender is the Director, Product Development, in T-Com Croatia. He joined the company in 2004. Ivan is responsible for the consumer and business customer product development. He managed the launch of broadband services and new tariff plans for the consumer segment as well as product bundles (fixed, mobile and broadband) for the SoHo and SME market. Ivan’s current role includes the development of converged products in the area of broadband wireline, wireless Internet and Triple Play services.
Prior to T-Com, Ivan worked for T-Mobile Croatia in the role of Project Manager for Messaging and Mobile Internet services and as Technical Integration Manager in the launch of the Multimedia Messaging services.
Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Zagreb, Croatia and finished Executive MBA program from IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia.

Constantinos Dianellou

Constantinos Dianellou is an Officer of Sales Management Department at Cyprus Telecommunications Authority.
Currently, he is participating in a team responsible for the design and development of a business process for managing the Customer Life Cycle, which includes Customer Value and Behavior Segmentation, Customer Churn Management, Customer Profitability, Customer Next Best Offer (NBO) etc.

Gamid Kostoev is one of the most experienced specialists in PR and marketing sphere on the Russian high-tech-market. Gamid Kostoev graduated from the Moscow Electro-Technical Institute of Communications in 1984. Dmitry Bagdasaryan was born on November 18th, 1979 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
In 2000 he got Bachelor’s degree with honors in Telecoms at the Tashkent Electro-Technical Institute of Communications (Uzbekistan).
In 2001 he got Master’s degree with honors in Telecoms at the Volga State Academy of Telecommunications and Informatics, Russia.
In 2005 he defended Ph.D. in “Networks and Telecommunications” at the Volga State Academy of Telecommunications and Informatics. Dmitry Bagdasaryan has 15 scientific published works.
Dmitry has 3-years’ MBA “Strategy” studies at the Open University, UK.
In 2001-2007 he was working for CJSC “SMARTS”, Samara (the regional mobile operator) as: Customer department manager, MSC engineer, Head of new services department and Marketing and Sales Director.
Since August, 2007 he has been working for AFK “System” (Moscow), first - as the Project Director of Corporate Centre at JSC “MTS” (the biggest mobile operator in CIS), then - as the Chief Marketing Officer at JSC “Stream-TV” (the biggest cable TV and Internet provider in Russia).

Garrett Johnston was born on 22nd, July, 1968 in Dublin (Ireland).
Garrett has got 2 Diplomas of Higher Education: Diploma of the University of Dublin in Economics and the Trinity College of Dublin in International Trading.
After getting the education, Garrett lived and worked in Great Britain, France, Germany, North and South America, on the Middle East and also in the countries of Eastern Europe, such as Bulgaria, Czech, Romania, Albania and Russia.
Since 1991 to 2003 Garrett was holding leading positions in the fields of marketing in large international l corporations, such as Cap Gemini, Earnst & Young, Cable & Wireless, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Alcatel and MCI WorldCom. Prior to joining MTS, in 2003-2006, Garrett was the Director General, Marketing in the largest mobile operator of Ukraine «Kyivstar”, and also was a consultant in the questions of corporate marketing strategy in the Board of Directors of Telenor Group in Norway.
Since February, 2006 Garrett has been the Group Director, Strategic Marketing in MTS.
